Help While You're at the Table

Questions can come up mid-session — connection drops, a round result you want to check, or an account query before you reload chips. Here is how to reach us without leaving the lobby.

Live Chat Open the chat widget from any live table page. Our support team responds in the same session so you are not pulled away from the game for long.
Account & Wallet Help If your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay deposit is not reflecting at the cashier, share your transaction reference with support and we will trace it immediately.
Table Dispute Query Every live round is logged with a timestamp and round ID. If you need to query a result, quote the round ID shown in your game history and we will pull the record.
mr99 What Our Live Dealer Lobby Covers

What Our Live Dealer Lobby Covers

The live dealer section on mr99 brings together tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play — two studios that stream from dedicated, professionally staffed studios around the clock. You will find classic Live Baccarat alongside faster-paced Speed Baccarat and Dragon Tiger for players who want a quicker round. Live Roulette tables run multiple variants, and Live Blackjack seats are open across different stake

levels. Players in Kuantan reach the lobby in seconds on mobile — no app download needed, just log in through your browser and the table list loads straight away. Each table shows the current dealer, betting limits and game history so you can pick the right seat before you place a single chip.

HOW WE RUN THIS

How We Keep the Live Lobby Fair

Running live dealer tables well is about the studios behind them and the account controls around them. Here is what shapes the experience on our side.

Studio-Side Fair Play

Evolution and Pragmatic Play operate under their own independent audit programmes. Shuffle procedures, card handling and RNG elements are certified at the studio level before any stream goes live.

RTP Shown Where Available

Return-to-player figures are only displayed where the game provider exposes them. We do not invent or inflate percentages — if a table does not publish RTP, we leave that field blank.

Stream Integrity

Each live table stream runs on dedicated bandwidth allocation. If the stream quality drops below a threshold, the round is suspended and stakes are returned to your account automatically.

Account Access Controls

Your live lobby session is tied to your verified account. Login uses OTP verification to your registered mobile number, and each session token expires after a period of inactivity.

Live Dealer Terms You Should Know

New to live dealer tables or just want to be clear on what each term means? These are the ones that come up most often.

What is a live dealer game?

A live dealer game streams a real human dealer from a physical studio to your screen. You place bets through the interface and the dealer handles cards or the wheel in real time.

What does 'squeeze' mean in Live Baccarat?

Squeeze is a dealing style where the dealer slowly reveals the card edges before turning them fully face up. It adds tension to each round and is available on selected Baccarat tables.

What is the house edge on Dragon Tiger?

Dragon Tiger typically carries a house edge of around 3.73% on the main Dragon or Tiger bet. Side bets such as Tie carry a significantly higher edge and are generally considered higher risk.

What is RTP and where can I find it?

RTP stands for return-to-player — the theoretical percentage a game pays back over many rounds. On our tables, RTP is displayed only where the provider publishes it officially.

What does 'natural' mean in Baccarat?

A natural is when the first two cards dealt to the Player or Banker total eight or nine. A natural ends the round immediately with no further cards drawn for either side.

What is a bet behind in Live Blackjack?

Bet behind lets you wager on another seated player's hand when all main seats are taken. You win or lose based on how their hand resolves against the dealer.

Live Lobby Questions, Answered Directly

These are the questions we hear most from people exploring the live dealer section for the first time or returning after a break.

Our live lobby draws from Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live. Both studios stream around the clock, covering Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger and game-show style formats.

Yes. The live tables load directly in your mobile browser — no separate app required. Log into your mr99 account, head to the live dealer section and the table grid loads from there.

Open your account cashier, choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay, enter the amount and confirm with your wallet PIN. Funds reflect in your account balance and you can join a table straight after.

Stake limits vary by table and studio. Each table card in the lobby shows the current minimum and maximum bet range before you enter, so you can match the table to your session budget.

If you lose connection during a live round, the game server holds your bet and the round result is recorded. When you reconnect, your game history shows the outcome and any winnings are credited to your account.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If you are in an eligible region, log into your mr99 account and the live lobby will be accessible from the main navigation.
